Custom & Personalized Products

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
